We do not

Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketers, data brokers, or any third party. We do not use your credit report data for any purpose other than preparing your dispute package.

3. How We Store Your Data

Financial Fitness PGH makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any credit dispute. Results vary based on the reporting party, account history, the nature of the disputed item, and the bureau’s investigation process — all of which are entirely outside our contro

What we do not guarantee

Stored securely in our internal system (Google Drive, access-restricted). Retained for 90 days after service delivery, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Purchase records

Retained for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Does not include your full credit report data.

Email communications

Stored within our email platform. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us directly.

Website analytics

Anonymized usage data retained per the policy of our analytics provider. No personally identifiable information is attached.

You may request that we delete your credit reports and personal intake data at any time after your package has been delivered. Send your request to our contact information in Section 12.

4. Who We Share Data With

We only share your data with trusted third-party services that are essential to delivering our service. We do not share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Stripe handles all payments

We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. Financial Fitness PGH never stores, sees, or has access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. All payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe.

7.Credit Report Data

Your Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion credit reports contain highly sensitive personal and financial information. We treat this data with the highest level of care.

  • Reports are used exclusively to prepare your dispute package — nothing else
  • Reports are stored in a restricted-access folder and are never shared with any third party
  • Reports are deleted within 90 days of your package delivery unless you request earlier deletion
  • No data from your credit reports is used for analytics, advertising, or any secondary purpose

You are responsible for:

Downloading your own reports from AnnualCreditReport.com and uploading them to our system. We do not pull your credit on your behalf and we do not have access to your credit report unless you provide it.

8. Email Communications

By purchasing a service, you will receive the following transactional emails — these are required to deliver your service and cannot be opted out of:

  • Order confirmation after purchase
  • Intake form and upload instructions
  • Your completed dispute package (PDF delivery)
  • Admin follow-up or support communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive optional educational and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
