1. Nature of Services

Financial Fitness PGH provides consumer education, document preparation, and credit dispute guidance services. We are not a credit repair company as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and we do not act on behalf of any client in dealings with credit bureaus, creditors, or any third party.

All dispute letters and documents prepared by Financial Fitness PGH are for consumer use only. Every document includes independent-consumer language stating that the letter is submitted directly by the consumer. No documents are sent to any bureau or creditor on the client’s behalf.

Our role is to prepare organized, account-specific dispute documents based on the credit report information you provide. You are responsible for printing, signing, and mailing all documents.

2. Service Agreement & Purchase Process

By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms & Conditions document and our Service Agreement. The purchase process is as follows:

  • Client selects and pays for a package via our secure Stripe checkout
  • Client reads and accepts the service agreement prior to completing checkout
  • Client receives a confirmation email with intake form and upload instructions
  • Client completes the intake form and uploads all three credit bureau reports
  • Financial Fitness PGH prepares the custom dispute package
  • Completed PDF package is delivered to client via email
  • Client prints, signs, and mails all documents themselves

Agreement required: The service agreement must be accepted before payment is processed. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed the full terms of service and consent to the nature of the services described.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Financial Fitness PGH makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any credit dispute. Results vary based on the reporting party, account history, the nature of the disputed item, and the bureau’s investigation process — all of which are entirely outside our contro

What we do not guarantee

Deletion of any item, increase in credit score, or approval for any loan, credit line, or financial product.

What we do provide

Professionally prepared, account-specific dispute documents based on the credit report information you supply.

No employee, contractor, or representative of Financial Fitness PGH is authorized to promise or imply a specific result. Any such representation is not binding.

4. Legal Disclosures

Not a credit repair company.

Financial Fitness PGH is not a credit repair organization as defined under 15 U.S.C. § 1679a. We do not make representations that we can improve your credit record, history, or rating.

Independent preparation.

All documents are prepared for consumer use and include language stating they are submitted directly by the consumer. Financial Fitness PGH does not act as an agent or representative for any client.

No client is required to pay in advance.

Under CROA, credit repair organizations may not charge fees before services are fully performed. Our service is document preparation delivered as a completed product — not an ongoing subscription or representation service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

5. Consumer Rights

Your Rights Under Federal Law

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report at no cost. You may contact Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion directly to file disputes without purchasing any service. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) grants consumers the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.

Financial Fitness PGH provides a paid document preparation service for consumers who prefer organized, customized, ready-to-mail dispute packages. Purchasing our services is entirely voluntary.

6.Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our document preparation services, all sales are final once work has begun. Work is considered to have begun upon receipt of your completed intake form and uploaded credit reports.

  • Refunds are not available after intake form submission and report upload
  • If you purchase but do not submit your intake form or reports, contact us within 48 hours for review
  • Disputes regarding delivery or document errors must be submitted within 7 days of PDF delivery
  • We will correct any document preparation errors at no additional charge

To request a refund review, contact us at the information listed in Section 10.

7.Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for the following actions throughout the dispute process:

  • Downloading all three credit bureau reports from AnnualCreditReport.com
  • Uploading accurate and legible copies of all three reports
  • Providing complete and accurate intake information
  • Printing, signing, and mailing all dispute letters via certified mail
  • Following up with bureaus and creditors as directed in the onboarding guide
  • Maintaining copies of all mailed documents for your own records

Reminder:

 Financial Fitness PGH does not mail letters on your behalf. All documents are for direct consumer use. You must mail every letter yourself using the addresses provided in your package.

8. File Uploads & Data Handling

When you upload your credit reports and submit your intake form, you are providing sensitive personal and financial information. Financial Fitness PGH handles this information as follows:

How your data is used

Only to prepare your custom dispute package. Your reports and intake details are not shared with any third party.

Storage

Files are stored securely for the duration of service. You may request deletion of your files after your package is delivered.

By uploading your credit reports, you consent to Financial Fitness PGH using that information solely for the purpose of preparing your dispute package.

9. Add-Ons

The following add-ons are available for purchase alongside any package. Add-ons are subject to the same refund and no-guarantee policies described in these terms.

  • Additional creditor / furnisher letters — $49 each
  • CFPB Complaint Add-On — $99
  • Inquiry Removal Add-On — $79
  • Personal Info Correction Add-On — $79

By uploading your credit reports, you consent to Financial Fitness PGH using that information solely for the purpose of preparing your dispute package.
